Phone number change-Our Genesee Street office is still open and seeing patients along with our new relocated Transit Road office. We do have a phone number change for the Genesee office.  All questions for a nurse, prescription refills, xray & lab results, referrals, appointment inquiries and billing questions will be taken at the following phone #558-5437. On Monday and Tuesday evenings after 4:00pm you will need to call 895-2590 and select  option "0" for any questions for a nurse.
